Academy
Our Intro to Tennis program is designed for beginner and intermediate players who are learning the fundamentals of the game. Players develop proper technique, rallying skills, serving, scoring, court movement, and match play fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment.
Programs Offered:
Intro to Tennis 1 (Ages 5–7)
Intro to Tennis 2 (Ages 7–11)
Intro to Tennis 3 (Ages 12–18)
As players improve their skills and gain confidence through match play and competition, they may be recommended for the Academy program.
Foundations for Beginners
The Academy program is designed for players who are actively participating in tennis competition and are committed to continued improvement. Players should be competing through school teams, Junior Team Tennis, USTA tournaments, UTR events, or other organized competitive opportunities.
Training focuses on building the technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills needed for success in competition. Players will develop greater consistency, stronger decision-making, improved movement, and a deeper understanding of singles and doubles strategy through challenging drills, point play, and match-based training.
Competitive Performance Training
Select is the highest training tier within Maximum Tennis Academy and is reserved for athletes who have demonstrated advanced skills, strong training habits, and a commitment to long-term development. Placement is by coach selection and recommendation, with a minimum UTR of 6.0.
Training is designed for players pursuing ambitious competitive goals and includes advanced tactical development, high-intensity drilling, match analysis, performance-based goal setting, and competitive match play. Select athletes are expected to consistently demonstrate focus, accountability, and a strong commitment to excellence both on and off the court.

Sessions and Registration
All junior programs are offered in 4-week sessions, followed by a designated makeup week to accommodate weather-related cancellations and makeups whenever possible.
Players register by clinic day, allowing families to choose the schedule that best fits their needs. For example, if a player would like to attend both Tuesday and Saturday training, they should register for each clinic separately.
Players are encouraged to train more than one day per week. To receive the applicable multi-clinic discount, simply register for each desired clinic and apply the appropriate promo code at checkout.
Drop-in registration is also available. When registering, please be sure to select the appropriate Full Event Enrollment or Single Date option for each clinic.
