Foundations for Beginners

Tailored for ages 8–18, this introductory program is perfect for new players or graduates of the FCDS Enrichment Tennis Program.

Players will learn:

  • Proper racquet grip and fundamental techniques

  • Key technical checkpoints for skill development

  • Rally-building basics for gameplay

Format: Weekly one-hour clinics grouped by age for a social, age-appropriate experience. This program builds a strong foundation for long-term success and a lifelong love of tennis.

Pre-Competitive Development

Designed for players ages 8 - 10, who are progressing through orange, green, and yellow ball competition.

Focus areas:

  • Sound stroke technique for all major shots

  • Tactical awareness through point-based drills

  • Efficient footwork and movement

  • Competitive resilience in match-play formats

Format: One-hour clinics on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Includes in-house match play. Monthly program with flexible attendance tiers.

Junior Varsity Prep

Ideal for junior varsity players and motivated teens.

Training includes:

  • Stroke production refinement

  • Rally skill enhancement

  • Singles and doubles tactics

Format: Two-hour clinics on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Includes in-house match play. Monthly program with flexible attendance tiers.
